I began representing clients in resale and new home construction in 1999 and have lived in the Phoenix area since 1978. I'm the owner and broker of Metro Phoenix Homes. I'm also a veteran of the United States Air Force and have earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

What does and aspiring architect do when he can't afford the tuition? This one joined the Air Force right out of high school and learned electronics to fix cryptographic (code) machines. My duty stations included San Antonio, TX, Warner Robbins, GA, and the Philippine Islands. Because of my time in Georgia and the Philippine Islands I have learned to appreciate the "dry" heat of the Arizona landscape.

I have 2 wonderful boys (now men) who were born in 1977 and 1982. I earned a degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and spent 23-years in corporate America as a customer service manager in the copier and fax industry. Corporate America taught me many valuable skills but started to siphon my soul. I had to escape while it was still intact!

I earned my real estate license in 1999 and became a full-time Realtor. I began real estate investing with short sales in early 2002 and soon was buying homes to flip at the public auction. Many of those home were bought "sight unseen" and required a leap of huge faith. Success created a desire in me to help other real estate investors.

Best of all, my 2nd (and FINAL) wife for all of eternity is Kristina. We met on the ballroom dancing floor and have since been happily involved in the intricate dance of life. We have been married since August of 2006, have 5 children and 9 grandchildren between us, and are disciples of Christ.

I left West USA Realty in 2
