Noel got her start in real estate more than 20 years ago, buying homes at auction at the court house steps; rehabbing and reselling as a FSBO (For Sale By Owner). Realizing the value that a licensed real estate agent brings to the table in a transaction, she became a licensed agent not only to represent herself but assist others with the process of buying or selling real estate. Her primary mission is to treat others the way she would want to be treated no matter which side of the transaction she represents.
Noel and her husband lived in Ahwatukee for 20 years and currently reside in Chandler on a “mini farm” with their two dogs, 5 ducks and 15 chickens, as well as a bunch of other critters that wander in and out. When time permits, she and her husband enjoy traveling, hiking and golf.
