Patty Durant

Previous careers in department store retail and the golf industry turned out to be great preparation for Patty Durant’s introduction to the title and escrow business. She entered into her position as the sales representative for the Ahwatukee branch of Empire West Title Agency with a desire to learn all about the business. “If you can’t answer something for a customer, find out, and get back to them. Hard work is still appreciated and will earn business.”

Patty uses her marketing skills to come up with innovative ways to earn new business and to build business for current clients. “We want them to become customers for life and I feel Empire West Title is a company that instills this belief in its employees.” That is one of the reasons Patty has stayed with the same title agency for over seventeen years.

A supportive Ahwatukee Chamber member, who was previously on the Board of Directors, Patty also belongs to WeSERV (West and SouthEast Realtors of the Valley) as a Blue Ribbon member. She feels both organizations help her business as she can be a source of information to her clients.

Patty lives in Ahwatukee with her husband, Scott Robinson. Her daughter, Alison, and stepson, Matthew, are both natives and enjoy the outdoors. In their free time, the entire family walks, bikes, and travels the beautiful Southwest.
