My name is Doug Caldwell, and I have been in the mortgage industry for six years. I am a retired Air Force veteran. Having completed 20 years of service before getting into the mortgage industry, I now work closely with military members and veterans with their home loan financing needs. I also work with first-time homebuyers to help them reach their goal of owning a home, as well as those looking for renovation financing or non-QM mortgages.
I am an active member of the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA) Sons of Arizona (SOA), The Glendale Chamber of Commerce and Homes for Heroes. I am also an active volunteer with the Million Dollar Teacher Project, helping bring morale to schools across Arizona.
When not serving my clients, I spend time with my wife, Shioney, who is also a loan officer, and my two young adult children. My hobbies include traveling, playing guitar, playing friendly games of poker and hiking.
