Are you ready to protect your business from real estate safety risks?Working in real estate means working with many people in a variety of locations and online. While focusing on finding the best real estate opportunities for your clients, you need to keep an eye on the risks of doing business. Learn how you can easily keep business risks low while increasing opportunities for growth by:
- Realizing your exposure to risk
- Following safety best practices when showing property, conducting an open house, working in the office, and driving alone or with clients or customers
- Learning how to assess a potentially dangerous situation quickly and take appropriate action
- Safeguarding your own and your clients’ personal data, as well as practice prudent use of social media and mobile phone technology
- Encouraging all agents and employees to follow safety best practices and company safety policies

Mark Poisson
Mark is a US Navy Veteran. He was licensed initially as a REALTOR® in 2002 and was Rookie of the Year. Mark built a team and won many Million Dollar Producer awards. He became a Productivity Coach for Market Center in 2007, coaching, mentoring, and training while running a successful real estate business.
In 2010, First American Title recruited Mark, where he continued to hone his coaching and teaching skills for the next 13 years. In 2023, he formed the Set Sail Group real estate team at eXp Realty with his wife and business partner Judy Chasse, where they continue to coach, train, and mentor REALTORS® to reach their levels of success.
