“Randy’s understanding that much of the increase in housing prices (rental and purchase housing) stems from little supply and high demand is something WeSERV and its members have observed for several years. In our conversation with him he expressed several ideas for increasing housing product types and the number of housing units while increasing the availability of ownership housing. WeSERV agrees homeownership is important to communities and their residents. We look forward to more conversations in the future,” stated Kelly Soriano, 2024 WeSERV President.
