Secondary members of WeSERV that are REALTORS® or Designated REALTORS® who live in the state of Arizona and have paid AAR and NAR dues to their primary local association pay only WeSERV REALTOR® dues or broker dues ($135), and late and reconnect fees.

Out-of-State and County Secondary Members
Secondary members of WeSERV that are REALTORS® or Designated REALTORS® who live in another state and have paid NAR dues to their primary local association pay both WeSERV REALTOR® dues or broker dues ($135) and AAR ($175) REALTOR® dues, and late and reconnect fees.

Dues Disclaimers

Dues, fees, charitable and RAPAC contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Charitable donations and RAPAC investments are voluntary. Payments are due in full; we cannot accept installment payments. Please pay by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit/debit card.

Reminder: Under current IRS Rules, the portion of your dues used for lobbying is not tax deductible as a business expense for income tax purposes. Those nondeductible amounts are NAR-34% ($51), AR-0% ($0), and WeSERV-8.5% ($11.48). The full amount of the NAR Consumer Advertising Campaign ($45) qualifies as deductible for income tax purposes.

WeSERV: The 2023 WeSERV REALTOR®, affiliate, and appraiser dues have been approved at $135.00 per member. The non-deductible portion of 2023 WeSERV dues is 8.5% or $11.48 pursuant to the IRS lobbying expense formula.

Arizona REALTORS®: The 2023 Arizona REALTORS® dues have been approved at $175 per member. The non-deductible portion of the 2023 dues is $0 pursuant to the IRS lobbying expense formula, and $175 will be deductible for member income tax purposes. National Association of REALTORS®: For 2023, with dues at $150 per member, NAR computes 34 percent or $51 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts. Please note that the entire $45 Consumer Advertising Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible. REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee (RAPAC/RPAC): RAPAC is a voluntary, nonprofit, unincorporated group that allows REALTOR® members to collectively and effectively participate in political affairs. RAPAC is not affiliated with any political party and is non-partisan in its support of candidates.

Investments are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Investments in RAPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to invest without reprisal. 70% of each investment is used by RAPAC to support state and local candidates. The balance is sent to National RPAC (REALTOR® Political Action Committee) to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a.
