Vendor tables and sponsorships are available to WeSERV affiliates, brokerages, REALTORS®, and the public. If you're interested sponsoring, please sign up no later than Friday, October 7. Remember to bring candy for the kids. print vendor/sponsor agreement
Vehicle Entry
Car entry is $25.00 per vehicle if pre-registered by Friday, October 7, 2022 | $30.00 for entries October 8 to event day
Awards are given to the top 20 cars, Best of Show, and the car club with the most representation.
Dash plaques and t-shirts are guaranteed to all car registrants who register by Friday, October 7, 2022. You can pre-order additional t-shirts for $15 or purchase them at the show for $20, subject to availability. Remember to bring candy for the kids.

Charity Support
Make a difference in the lives of our veterans and WeSERV members facing tragedy. Net proceeds from this event benefit WeC.A.R.E., Soldiers Best Friend, Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 432, VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals), and Bass Pro Cares.
