About this Event
This class is intended to help you identify your role in qualifying a property to get it ready for listing. You'll review “red flag” issues and the impact they can have on disclosures, inspections, appraisals and ultimately – the closing. It will include scenarios that will carry through each unit of the class highlighting the buyer’s and seller’s perspective of the process.GRI Designee: Please contact Education to register for $30.

Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
