About this Event
Risk Management can affect your bottom line. This class identifies real estate risks and shows you how to protect yourself by being aware of negligent behavior and misrepresentation.Presentation Notice
This course will be conducted over four days, from 8:30 AM-12:00 PM, via Zoom. You must be present every day for the duration of the class.Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
Certificates
We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.
This class meets the NAR Ethics Training requirement.
The GRI® designee is the best-prepared and most knowledgeable Arizona real estate practitioner.
