About this Event
Do you know your duties to your clients as a REALTOR®? This course walks you step-by-step through the fundamentals of the Code of Ethics in your business practice. Learn your responsibilities as a REALTOR®, the concepts of ethics and how that applies to real estate in a meaningful way. We'll compare the obligations of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice to the Commissioner’s Standards and Arizona Revised Statutes through the use of case studies. You'll get a brief overview of the Professional Standards Process, as well as procuring cause.This class will occur over a period of time. The class will be on June 11-12, from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH DAYS TO RECEIVE CREDIT!
This class meets the NAR Code of Ethics Training requirement.
Please Note: The class material is copyrighted and is not to be shared.
We'll send you the Zoom link to join the webinar in our class reminder email. Per ADRE guidelines, for CE credit, you must use video for the duration of the class.
Cancellation: Tuition will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge, if written notification is received two weeks prior to class. After two weeks, no refunds will be given.
Keep in mind…you DO NOT have to be working towards a GRI® designation to take this class.

Larry Hibler
Since becoming licensed in 1972, Larry has been involved in nearly all aspects of the real estate business. He was the Designated Broker for 17 years. He has also served in management positions of several other large real estate companies including, founding, directing and teaching a new agent training program for 8 years. Larry started teaching GRI classes in the early 1990’s. He also teaches orientation and ethics classes for the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, the West Maricopa County Regional Association of REALTORS® and several real estate schools. He was also named “2015 Instructor of the Year” for WeMAR.
