Coming Together for Community With the recent developments of the Telegraph Fire, WeSERV partnered with two REALTOR® associations to aid first responders and the community affected by the ongoing wildfire. WeSERV is donating $2,000; $1,000 to the Arizona Humane Society and $1,000 to the American Red Cross. On March 29, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced extending its nationwide COVID-19 eviction moratorium through June 30, 2021. The CDC established a process for tenants to qualify for eviction protection under CDC rules. The moratorium doesn’t affect evictions due to nonpayment for other reasons or contract violations.
